Re: Wide and full screeches

Spent some time trying to create a bunch of screeches by doing what you told me, but everytime I end up with a really messed up sound. Can you help me a little bit more what kind of sound I start out with and what to boost and tam in the EQ? Keep in mind I'm only a beginning producer trying to preve...

Yo guys, I've been wondering about this for a while now.. How do I stretch out my kicks without manipulating the complete sound of the kick? Whenever I stretch my kicks the kick completely changes in sound. What I want is to stretch my kick out like in this track of Kurwastyle Project, he does it tw...

Wide and full screeches

Yo guys! I've been producing uptempo for a while now and I'm using Serum to create screeches but somehow I am never satisfied with them and end up deleting them. How do I create such clean screeches like in this dope song by NSD at 1:36?: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z8YKgWmJz2g Greets, Jurre EDI...

What is this sound called?

I absolutely love this song: https://soundcloud.com/violent-disorder ... r-hellzone
and I'm wondering, I'd love to use those kind of drums your hear in the very beginning in my own tracks as well. What is this sound called? Are those drums?

How to layer kicks and get a 'bassy kick'?

Hey guys, So I have two questions: 1. When I try to take 2+ kicks together and try to layer them, it often causes a kind of muted kick and doesn't sound too well. Is there something I'm missing or is there something I need to do in order to make those kicks work together? I have never layered any ki...

FilterBank3 Tube Amp messes up project

Hello guys, FilterBank3 is a really good plugin to make uptempo / terror kicks in my opinion, but when I use the Tube Amp it messes up my entire project. When I repeat my kick there is nothing wrong, but when I put like 8 kicks after each other, it messes up the kick. Also, when I press the stop but...

Re: Uptempo producer needs help/feedback

Better punches, you seem to lack them. Give some good (even separate kick) punch and sidechain your kick with it. Your kicks sound really stereo. With screeches and sounds, they'll drown in the mix. I don't like uptempo that much, but I can tell what to fix in kicks. You have some nice distortion i...

Good MIDI keyboard for hardcore?

Yo guys, I'm looking for a good, compact MIDI keyboard to make hardcore melodies with, preferably under 60 euro's. I'm not really familiar with MIDI's and I'm hoping that someone can guide me into which brands are good and how I can recognise a good quality MIDI keyboard. And, how many keys is the m...

Re: Question about kicks, new producer
