@EMi
The whole track sounds pretty good, the lead is nicely sounding, also the melody in general is well made. The lead volume is a bit too high consequently the kick lose a bit of power, which is sad cause it sounds pretty good, the general structure is good, I pretty like this track, keep working like this.

Here is the full version of Brave New Heights, a short one but I was experimenting a bit with new elements I never had in my previous tracks.

Working on a "remix" of a finnish polka track

@NRX

So you are Not (really) into hc??? :rofl:
Sorry but for me is RAW hardstyle the same as Hardcore 10 years ago only there are a few small differences
a lower bass kick in octave
and a hardstyle synth with a hardcore lead
and the Hardstyle sounds are a bit more cheerful and less agressive

This polka track give me a reminder of one of the best and first dutch gabber hardcore HIIT from Party Animals hava nagila

You have a good inspiration in producing
This kind of hardstyle in the Netherlands makes young people crazy good work!!!

Make more melo Hardstyle like this funny dutch rotary organ melodies
because gabber music of this age no longer fits with melo

look this is for me really HARD STYLE HARDCORE

Decided to come back after being on hiatus for a few years.

@Emi
Almost sounds professional. The first climax needs to have a bit more going on, there really isn't much other than the kick and the melody. The second one is pretty cool, and overall I really like the track, but I think your main lead should have a bit more power to it.

@KRB-MP
Sounds nice, and I like the atmosphere, but the way your kick pitches is really weird. Try pitching the tail separately from the punch.

@The Earfucker
I honestly think it sounds great, although some transitions are a bit too abrupt and should be a bit more smooth.

Sorry if my feedback wasn't very good, it's been a while since I've done this. I was listening to some tracks I made a while back and decided to remake one of them, here's a short clip:

@The earfucker the track itself its really driving and powerfull, you just need to work on the mix, the drop should sound so much loud imo and the same for the kick. the rest its good imo! :)

@typhonmusic nice melody and composition, just the same than for the earfucker, the bass sound so weak , work on the mix of the kick and youll get a good stuff ! :)

heres another remake

@emi Love that kick pitching, the atmosphere is very pleasant on the ears as well.

Here's a little something I was messing around with. Tried working on mixing and stuff.

Demetion is a very melodic tune, can't say anything about it, really great job you did there! _O_ _O_ _O_ Your second part sounds not so good as demetion, not so clean maybe.

KRB-MP
Sounds like some freqs are missing, try to mix more

paahhh
I don't like the noise over the leads, if you clean it up it can be a good oldschool tune

Mine latest project, trying to learn how to make my mix sould as loud as its possible without wrecking the sound. I know that something on top is missing but i have no idea how to make it sound louder without making disgusting noises.

Thanks for the good feedbacks !!!
I still need to learn to make a good downmix

@ Snoop : sounds like pro
Nice vocals
Good structure

The melody is all the way up
Good job

@typhonmusic : nice lead
only much has to be done
now A nice intro to make the track finish
And add some breaks through the kick loop
or make some glitch effects
And some nice fx to build up a nice clymax and admosphere

@EMi :sounds nice too
With some nice vocals to complete it

Here 2 new tracks i made :

@EMi

The first part with the psy kick is chaotic in the low end. Or maybe the kick and bass is just not right. Also I feel like there is a note in the qlimax that is way off. And I think the kick loses its character when you pitch it so high.
The mix could also be improved.

So here is something for an intro maybe.

@The RaveN I love this old Pitcher's style, and to be honest you did quite a nice job here! Idea is great, construction and details are there, everything sounds great together. The only bad point is the sound design, which is not as good as what Michel can do, but he's from another planet :p . _O_

@EMi Mixdown is not your cup of tea but as it's not mine either, I won't take it into account. That "psy" intro is bad tbh but there is something that I find pretty interesting in your track, it's the overall idea. For me, the best way to build a remix on this track is ""psystyle intro/regular qlimax/sidechained qlimax" which is pretty much what you've made.

Had some free time so I made a "harder" version of a psy track I made:

@EMi
Just like The RaveN said, the first part is a bit chaotic, the kick is a bit inapropriate for this part, but still sounds nice.
The climax is quite good, I like it
Pretty good track in my opinion

@The RaveN
I love the atmosphere of your track, this could be really nice as an intro for a track, well mixed and designed, good one !

@Asklepios
Even if it's a bit repetitive, this "harder" version of a psy track as you said, is a good one, keep it up

So here's my new one, kinda messy at some moments, but in my opinion way better than the previous one

Been a while since I posted here, here we go:

The RaveN - Super Polyethylene - I really dig it! It reminds me of Dozer - The Legacy, which I think is still one of the best hardstyle tracks ever produced. Great crunch on those kicks, I really played it alot and I think you should finish it.

Asklepios - Welcome to the Jungle - not really into psytrance, but i like the hard punch overlayed on the psy kick. It's a bit repetitive, but don't take my feedback for granted, it's a different style that I don't really listen to.

KRB-MP - Night Time - lead sounds all right, but I think the kick's tail lenght is wrong. You see, when you repeat the kick in a triplet, it stacks the bassline and distrorts the next punch. Also I noticed that the percussion lfo speedup at 4:20 is kinda out of place (sounds offkey), and also I would use a hard snare for build-ups in hardstyle. The Intro/outro synth is nice. I see that you have some kick FX here and there, and the percussion (high hats overlapping the kick) are nice. It's a pretty standard structure, overall it sounds good but just cut the kick's tail when you repeat it in a sequence. Cheers!

Here is a combination of two or three song ideas I posted a while ago on soundcloud. Still working on it when I have some spare time:

@Ynori the mix is so clean and the track itself is driving and sounds so powerful!
@krb-mp i think it needs sidechain, more frequencies to make the track sound filled and more transitions (like using a cutoff filter, sweep down / sweep up fx..)

the melody and the atmosphere is good , just work on the mix. the kicks also sound good : :)

@xelnadu i would make the kick more low in last half of the drop to dont make it repetitive. also the screech doesnt rly fit with that raw kick, imo better use a saw screech with pitch gain (to make it sound like a crow )

Heres the final version of my remix of Hardwell - Power

@KRB-MP
The sounds you are using is very clean, but empty at times. Further the track is way to slow for me (not tempo wise _O_ ). I feel like listening to the same part for over 50 seconds without much of a changeup.

@xelnadu
Unfortunatly I can't hear your preview :(.

@EMi
Nice intro, starts of really well by building up to the drop. Atlhough I dislike the kick you are using the idea was defenitly not bad. Melody is clean and really catchy. Ourtro is pretty nasty, didn't see that coming. Maybe the best part of the track because of that. Defenitly an awesome song

I wish I had more time to produce stuff (started this in the summer when the actual vocals got realised lol) but I finally managed to get something going now:
