side by side comparison
classic Scooter.. but why did they bother to give the original artists credit instead of plainly ripping it and calling it "Scooter - My Gabber"?

btw, is it me or does the climax of Scooter's version sound horribly mastered?

Yeah I know, I figured that Jebroer might be the guy in Scooter's video.
But it's unlikely for them to give credits, that's what I'm wondering about

Yes that's him + him & the producers are both credited in the title, now I see. Tho wtf. All Scooter did is 20% of the english vocals? rest is still sung by Jebroer. easy scoring.

I like Scooter, and this track is okay-ish. A bit more fresh from them after the last album (which wasn't that good).

Emre:
Gommes_:I only knew Jebroer from Banaan but holy crap! This dude has millions of clicks with plenty videos. Why is he so famous?

His clip Kind Van De Duivel produced by Paul Elstak & Dr Phunk got famous because it raised some controversy (i personally don't care at all) but the clip shows a 10~ y/o kid with a gun that kills himself, etc. Jebroer basically raps on cheap quality produced hardstyle and it works :P

Thanks for the explanation. Yeah his productions do not sound good.
I hear home in that bass

scooter started out as a sort of 'remix team' so they have always been stealing ideas, vocals, melodies and stuff. it can be quite annoying when you hear an obvious theft but i think you should just let it go.

Scooter went downhill after Jay left. I was a big Scooter fan in my childhood and they released some good stuff in the 90s and between 2000 and 2005. Even if most of the melodies, vocals whatever were stolen.

How can you like such obviously stolen music, curious, cuz I honestly can't, destroys the whole idea for me.
