Pretty obvious to post it here, but IMO when you talk early HS you have to talk Bombs Away!
I'm just here for the music, man

Ahh good old Pure <3 Remember round 05 here at raves and you would hear Pure, Pillz, Sky High, Tricky Tricky and War Machine like 3 times a night (L)

This was my first encounter with Zany's brilliance _O_

Used to have this old mixing program and I would mash it up Rush and think I was a boss :+

Can't go wrong, though would the last one be considered Hard Trance or Hardstyle? I hear influences of both early HD and Hard Trance :fist:

I'm working on an assignment so can't keep flicking through all these videos.
This brings me to ask, can anyone recommend some classic early hardstyle sets for me to appreciate?

Idk if these links will work (prob not knowing lsdb) but they should be easy to find, highly recommend the Dana vs Luna which is like 3 hours of classic hs and hc

I'll never not call out Geck-o's set for Theracords Radio Show 115 as one of my favourite classics sets. There's some obvious choices but the mixing is top notch, some of the best I've heard (Mr Fingers – Can You Feel It into Atlantic Wave – The Creation (Giada Remix) is just brilliant). It's a superb set in my opinion.

Starting with this one because Geck-o.
Only familiar with one track, but I have to say some of these tracks are undoubtedly the best I have ever listened to hands down.

All 3 tracks are from the start of the more melodious era, around 2005 I think, and I adore them.
