Kinda true tho haha. I generally don't really like Uptempo (as in what people now call Uptempo, I'm not against some high BPM) but I sometimes really like some tracks :D

I'm just not fan of the "brainless" screechfests like Partyraiser or Destructive Tendencies) but I can appreciate high BPM. My fav track from last Angerfist album is actually Stabwound :)

That's dope man. It's a genre that still has a lot of growing to do, but I'm excited for it (being an uptempo producer myself lol).

Triple Six Records (by DRS)
Darkside Unleashed has some uptempo tracks (Al Twisted)
Partyraiser Records (Duh..)

is Partyraiser's Sound Becomes One considered uptempo? I don't think so it's like 180 or 185 iirc. Still a nice tune tho.

I suppose the only one is Locker Room Talk from TOA for me
I don't like uptempo at all.

I have no problem with it existing but the dominance of it is too much at the expense of other hardcore types at present.

To be honest, Dutchcore isn't a real thing. The difference between terror and uptempo for me, is the use of samples and just the overall vibe. Where uptempo mostly is just a kick+screech or lead, terror is a wide variety of different elements, such as snares, claps, lots of cymbals and many synths. Overall, terror feels a lot more complex, to me.

Some classic terror tracks are;
