I just wondering around these forums and just wondering what computers you guys have.
In my current rig i've got a i5 2500k, Radeon HD6950, Asus Xonar DG and 8Gb of Ripjaw ram and most likely upgrading my GFX card when the new HD8000 generation comes out :D
So what do you guys have ?

That's abit overkill I think, especially that amount of RAM in a normal desktop computer sounds ridiculous, even an Intel Xeon dedicated server which's plan I'm involved in has only 24gb ram and that's enough for 8 simultaneous users. But whatever, if you got the money then why the fuck not.. :D

haha yeah it is but I wanted something that would last for some time rather than changing computer after each other year or something like that :P and I use alot of RAM with some programs that I use :)

Overkill and bit of a waste of money really, could of been better off an i7 2600k/700k and OC it and save up the money for the new Haswell CPU's comming out soon. Also a single 7970 would of been better than 2 7850s because micro stuttering and sometimes theres no compatibility with some games/programs. And 32 gigs ? Why exactly do you need 32GB of ram for, heavy 3D modeling or giant video/image editing ? Also your 3930k probably will be bet by the new generation of CPUs which will be comming out soon.

I have really researched and made tests before I bought the items which is inside my computer and nothing of those things you bring up is actually anywhere near of the power I get out of my computer :P the 7970 is actually not better then the 7850 when it comes to crossfire and speed I have made several tests and read about them and compared the two because I was first tempted to but the 7970 first :) when it comes to my RAM I do use it for 3d modelling and video editing aswell as I use it to host various game servers :D and for when it comes to the CPU I just bought the 3930k because it was on a sale so it was cheaper then the other models so I didn't really lose anything by buying it, I am not completely out of my mind :) and for the overkill part I fixed a computer that will be able to be upgraded in the future and it will last very long so that I don't have to buy a new one every other year as I said in the post above :) since I am using my computer ALOT it is not a money waste rather an investment for me :)
